Duct tape is renowned for being versatile and strong, but no one ever tried to claim that it’s stylish. Prom night is massively important to those who attend,
with the emphasis being on looking stylish. So how do the two go together? Somehow they did when someone decided to construct two outfits made entirely out of duct tape, and, if that wasn’t enough, made them outrageously colorful too. You have to be very brave to wear this, but we salute you. And we salute duct tape too.
More tent than dress, and definitely camo, I’m not sure where exactly you’d wear this, or how mobile the wearer actually is, but it’s certainly different, and definitely weird. Obviously you need to be able to walk on stilts, and you’d have to get used to shouting in order to have a conversation, and you may have to deal with naughty pranksters wanting to ‘get inside your pants’. But you’d also be very popular outdoors if it rained.
Odd and wildly original, and probably quite cheap to make too, though a bit embarrassing to walk down the aisle evoking images of the basest of human functions and foul-smelling deeds. This dress actually looks quite stunning with the toilet rolls creating that flowing gown effect, and, although they’re bound to make it very difficult to actually move or walk anywhere, they make for a great picture. And if you get a spillage or two, you can just tear off the dirty patch.
