In our recent post about the Osun State's religious tension, we told you that the Osun State Christian Association of Nigeria,OSCAN,
directed all female Christian students in both primary and secondary schools in the state to wear church garments to their schools starting from Monday, June 13, 2016.
As a result of this order by OSCAN, some Christian students, including boys resumed school in various uniforms as you can see in the photos.
However, A judgement was delivered by a judge of the Osun State High Court on Friday, June 3, 2016 by Justice Jide Falola, The judgement was in favor of the Osun State Muslim Community against the State Government on the right of female Muslims students to wear hijab on their school uniforms to their various schools.
